Hi!
I'm Courtney.
An American photographer living it up in the Garden of England
with my husband, our two little boys, & our dog, Lady.
I was born & raised in the Pacific Northwest,
so ALL of my love for wildlife & nature was growing right there with me.
I've always loved being surrounded by lots of colour,
which reflects heavily in my photography style (and usually, my hair.)
Some of my favourite things to do in my free time include:
chasing rainbows, photographing wildlife, beachcombing, hiking, and baking.
I love planning parties, making birthday cakes,
and going to plant shops "just to look".
If I wasn't a photographer, I'd be an event planner or florist.
Family Session
Running around after the little ones, nobody wants to pose. Dirt, sand, mud, and everything you hoped wouldn't come anywhere near their perfectly curated, matching ensembles. But, inevitably, of course, it does, I think those make for the best photos. Big smiles, bigger laughs, wild and free, capturing your family exactly how you see them every day.
Weddings
Your wedding day can be such a blur. My favourite wedding day photos are those little moments that may have been forgotten, if you didn't have a reference shot. A groom's first time seeing you as you're walking down the aisle, the bride stealing a glance at her new husband across the dance floor, the mother of the groom blotting away happy tears; those million, tiny, fleeting "in between" moments that make up one of the best days of your life.

The Best Photographer (and Person!) We Could’ve Ever Asked For… We fell in love with Courtney’s photography style when we stumbled across her profile for the first time, but little did we know just how amazing she would be as a person too. From our very first phone call, we knew she was perfect for us. She instantly made us feel at ease, had us laughing, and made sure everything was well thought through and ready for the big day. And then when the day finally came – wow. We honestly can’t believe how lucky we were to have Courtney. She was always so kind and helpful, but also managed to keep our guests organised (and trust us, they needed it). So many people commented on how fantastic she was, and we even had guests ask if we already knew her, because she fitted in with everyone so naturally and felt like a friend. After such a long day, we were amazed when Courtney sent through a few photos that same evening. They completely blew us away. We were showing everyone and posting them instantly – they captured the joy and emotion of the day so perfectly. Then, just a few days later (even with it being Easter weekend and Courtney juggling other work), the rest of the gallery arrived, and every single photo was perfect. We laughed and cried all over again, reliving the best day of our lives through her beautiful work. We truly couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Courtney is not only unbelievably talented, she’s warm, genuine, and simply a joy to be around. We recommend her with our whole hearts to anyone getting married – or even just thinking about it. Thank you, Courtney, for being such an important part of our day. You’ll always be one of the best choices we made.
